Since 2000, we have been working according to the principles of the HACCP concept.
In 2005, we were one of the first companies in our industry to achieve IFS (International Food Standard) certification, and since then we have continuously maintained this globally recognised quality and management standard at the "higher level" in our annual audits.
For us, quality does not begin in the company, but in the careful selection of our partners and suppliers.
Straubinger Konserven- und Sauerkrautfabrik's contract farming is based exclusively on the relevant certification systems in agriculture (Global Gap, Certified Quality Bavaria), and our close ties with local farmers mean that we are always close to the source.
